One of our clients a listed property concern operates an operational system as well as the Pastel accounting package.

This setup therefore required manual journals to be passed into Pastel on a monthly basis as transactions are initially captured in their operational system.

Using VBA, we interfaced the 2 systems, and automated the uploading of transactions into Pastel. The result was a quicker and more accurate month end process.
